Our Studio

Our London podcast recording studio is the jewel in the Content is Queen crown. Supported and approved by Audible, and designed with Made.com, we’ve sought to create a professional and welcoming environment so you can make your wildest podcast ideas into a reality.

Professionally acoustically treated and soundproofed, it has been built to industry standards, creating the perfect conditions to record high-quality and broadcast-ready podcasts, audiobooks, and audio dramas.

Located within Makerversity in Somerset House, Central London, the studio is wheelchair accessible from the main street and less than 10 minutes walk from the nearest major station or bus stop.

Officially called a sound desk, this is where everything is recorded. It offers a simple yet powerful setup, perfect for beginners and seasoned professionals alike. We’ve done all the hard work of optimising the settings and effects to give your podcast more of an edge. You can add jingles, record Zoom/Skype calls, record phone calls, and play clips and audio from your computer.

Video in the Studio

Somerset House is an acoustically-treated space. We’re set up to record video too, but to keep it affordable and accessible, the video studio doesn’t come with a designated videographer. You’ll need to bring your own SD Cards for editing at home.

The equipment we have includes:
2 Sony ZV-E10 cameras, one with a kit lens and the other with a close-up lens (Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN lens Filter size: 55mm.
