Oladapo ‘Daps’ Fagbenle. is a Nigerian-born British artist, video director, and former NCAA athlete. He is best known for directing Migos’ Bad and Boujee and Walk It Like I Talk it, City Girls and Cardi B’s Twerk and Saweetie’s My Type. Daps has also directed videos for Stormzy, Iggy Azalea, Kendrick Lamar, Wizkid, 2 Chainz and Davido.

In episode 114, Daps shares his aspirations for sports and music growing up and describes the role of basketball in his life. The two openly discuss the challenges that exist for young black creatives and Daps gives advice on how to move past them in order to break into the industry.
