Our Studios

Our new podcast recording studios are the jewel in the Content is Queen crown. Supported and approved by Audible, and designed with Made.com, we’ve sought to create a professional and welcoming environment so you can make your wildest podcast ideas into a reality.

Our studios are professionally acoustically treated and soundproofed and have been built to industry standards, creating the perfect conditions to record high-quality and broadcast-ready podcasts, audiobooks, and audio dramas.

We have two locations: Peckham (South London) and Somerset House (Central London).

Both studios are wheelchair accessible from the main street and are well-located, being less than 10 minutes walk from the nearest major station or bus stop.

Rodcaster Pro
Officially called a sound desk, this is where everything is recorded. It offers a simple yet powerful setup, perfect for beginners and seasoned professionals alike. We’ve done all the hard work of optimising the settings and effects to give your podcast more of an edge. You can add jingles, record Zoom/Skype calls, record phone calls, and play clips and audio from your computer.

The most reliable machines around they’re installed with Adobe Audition.

Studio
Our Peckham studio is kitted out with the Vocalbooth.com Gold Booth, and Somerset House is an acoustically-treated space.

Video Studio in Somerset House

Same studio but with lights, cameras and actions! We’re now set up to record video. Many have been DIY with video in the studio, but we’ve made managing it a bit easier. To keep it affordable and accessible, the video studio doesn’t come with a designated videographer. You’ll need to bring your own SD Cards for editing at home.

The equipment we have includes:
2 Sony ZV-E10 cameras, one with a kit lens and the other with a close-up lens (Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN lens Filter size: 55mm.
